Designing a library is one of the most rewarding projects for architecture students. A well-designed library balances noisy and quiet areas, ensuring they are effectively separated. It is essential to implement measures to prevent book theft and maintain a smooth flow in the borrowing and lending sections. Additionally, the library must accommodate diverse functions, including periodicals, protected publications, digital archives, and private study areas.

In our design, the park to the north and east of the site significantly influenced the layout and operational decisions. We positioned the quiet areas to the east, offering a tranquil and scenic environment. To enhance the user experience, we created green terraces for breaks. A north-south axis street on the site hosts treehouses designated as private workspaces, providing unique and secluded areas for focused study."
